My daughter works with autistic children in a swimming program. She loves it and I am very proud of her.

My 13yo daughter is volunteering as a Teen Camp Counselor at a local parks and recreation center. She has enjoyed every minute of it.

My daughter really wants to help in a hospital - read to kids or something who are in the ICU or otherwise. She is 10 years old and has had 3 open heart surgeries and she wants to give back to the kids who are where she used to be. Last time I checked though, hospitals were VERY strict and wouldnt let her help because of germs. We couldnt even donate toys to the Ronald McDonald house. Any suggestions?
